If the guest does not show up at all, 50% of the total cost of stay will be refunded.<\/p><p><strong>DAMAGES<\/strong><\/p><p>For any damage in the room caused by the guest or by any other person for whom they are responsible, the guests are considered accountable (e.g. glass breakage, damage on sanitary appliances, furniture damage, etc.)<br \/>The hotel bears no accountability in case of any damage or loss of guests\u2019 items, or of people for whom the guests are responsible, as well as in case the damage or loss is due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, fire and other special circumstances.<\/p><p><strong>GENERAL POLICY<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Children aged 4 or less can stay free of charge.<\/li><li>Upon your arrival, please bring with you a copy of the reservation confirmation and evidence of the bank deposit.<\/li><li>By means of your reservation, you declare to be fully aware of the reservation policy, the payment methods and the cancellation policy of the hotel.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0The reservation policy is in accordance with article 8 of Law 1652\/1986 (GG 167\/A) on the relation between hoteliers and guests.<\/p><p><strong>ACCOMODATION CANCELATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p><p>Under the current regulation of Greek Legislation, in case of accommodation\u2019s cancellation, please note the following conditions:<br \/>\u2022 For cancellations more than 41 days before the expected date of arrival, there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is being refunded.<br \/>\u2022 For cancellations within 40-22 days prior to arrival, the cost of 1 night will be charged.<br \/>\u2022 For cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total will be charged based on (Article 8, Law 1562\/1986)<br \/>\u2022 In case of early departure 50% of the total reservation as it was scheduled on days that are canceled will be charged<br \/>\u2022 In case of no show the full amount will be deducted<br \/>REMARKS:<br \/>\u2022 Earlier arrival : 14:00<br \/>\u2022 The price of the room is until 12;00 am of the next day<br \/>\u2022 In case of extended stay till 18:00pm\u00a0 50% of the price per night\u00a0 will be charged<br \/>\u2022 After 18:00 it will be charged the whole amount<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CHECK-IN &amp; CHECK-OUT POLICY Check-in&nbsp; :&nbsp; 14:00pm The day of check-in is considered a full day regardless of your arrival time. &nbsp;Check-out : 12:00pm EXTENDED STAY POLICY If you are interested in extending your stay, please contact promptly the responsible hotel department, before arriving.
